Watching Button TV

Most of our newest videos published on Button TV are free to watch for anyone visiting the website or viewing in the app. When you register an account, we additionally give you basic access, which is our always-free offering of rotating free access to some of our complete programs.

If you want to go further, support the arts, and access the full Button TV catalog, you can subscribe to our monthly or yearly plans. For more information, please visit our Plans Page.

 

Subscribing to Button TV

Subscribing on the website is easy! Simply go to our Signup Page and select a plan to get started.

Subscribing in the BTV App is a little different. You can subscribe to Button TV Monthly directly in our iOS and Android apps, but not our Yearly subscription.

Be aware that subscriptions made through the app aren't like subscriptions on the website. Apple and Google will give you direct control over your subscription through the App Store/Google Play Store, but we won't be able to cancel your subscription or refund your payments directly.

For users who do not want a monthly subscription they manage themselves through their device, we strongly recommend signing up on the website and then logging into the app afterwards.

 

Using the Button TV App

The iOS and Android Button TV apps are great for watching free Button TV content, and you can enjoy any subscription purchased on the website through the app. 

Monthly subscriptions can be purchased through the app as well, but as mentioned under 'Subscribing to Button TV' section, this means that your subscription will be managed primarily through your device's app store. 

For users who do not want a monthly subscription they manage themselves through their device, we strongly recommend signing up on the website and then logging into the app afterwards.

 

Issues accessing App subscription 

Rarely a customer will purchase a subscription but be unable to access their content via the app. Before contacting us, you can try to restore your access yourself using our streaming provider's instructions:

 

Cancelling a Button TV Subscription

If you signed up on the website, you're in the right place! Click on 'Account' at the top, click on Billing, and click on the 'Change Plan' button. On that page there is a 'Cancel my membership' link at the bottom right.

If you signed up in the iOS or Android app, you must cancel through the App Store or Google Play Store subscription manager.

 

Requesting a Refund

If you signed up and paid through the website, please email your refund request to support@buttonpoetry.com

If you signed up in the iOS or Android app, you must request your refund through the App Store or Google Play Store.
